Peter McArdle

Peter McArdle, Operations Intern, joined the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne team in May of 2022. Peter is responsible for assisting the operations team with a focus on nonprofit financial analysis, as well as research to assist in building out the Community Foundation’s data resources.

Peter is currently attending Wabash College and majoring in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE). He chose PPE as his major because of the holistic approach to thinking and problem solving and diverse coursework that allows him to gain skills in writing, literature, and quantitative materials. Peter is involved in a few sports and clubs at Wabash College including, playing for the soccer team, being a part of the pre-law society club, the bitcoin club, and being an active member of greek life. He also had the opportunity to study abroad in Austria where he studied European culture and history. After graduation, Peter plans to attend graduate school for law or business or pursue a job in economic development.

Peter is a Fort Wayne native. He enjoys skiing, time at the lake, and playing soccer. He has three siblings and a golden doodle named Murphy.
