Chynna Presley joined the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne in 2025 as the Women’s Fund Economic Security Specialist. In this role, she focuses on increasing participation in the Compass Survey and Take a Girl to Work Day, developing programs to help employers create inclusive workplaces, and co-leading an internship program for college-aged women. Her work is instrumental in advancing the Women’s Fund Economic Security initiative.

Chynna holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and a master’s in organizational leadership. Her diverse experience includes foster care case management, domestic violence education and prevention, program management, curriculum development, and homeless services for families. She has also managed a transitional shelter for homeless veterans and worked as an on-air radio personality.

Recognized for her leadership, Chynna was named to Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly’s 40 Under 40 in 2021 and was a finalist for the 2022 Champions of Change Award. In 2024, the small business she runs with her daughter was a finalist for The NIIC’s Founders Award.

Based in Fort Wayne, Chynna enjoys volunteering for her daughter’s school activities. She currently serves as board secretary for Four:10 Ministries, with her term concluding in 2025. She also consults and speaks occasionally. Passionate about personal growth, she continuously seeks to learn new skills and find new ways to rest. Last summer, with no prior experience, she built a patio for her backyard!
