Hannah McDonald joined the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne in April 2025 as a Donor Engagement Specialist. In this role, she works with the philanthropic services team to deepen relationships with donors, fund holders, and prospects to help them achieve their philanthropic goals. 

Hannah holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Western Governors University. She brings a background in nonprofit arts education, community outreach, and program development with Project Ballet and Fort Wayne Community Schools. Hannah thrives at the intersection of enthusiasm, innovation, and collaboration, and loves inspiring others to think creatively and dream bigger. 

Outside of the office, Hannah connects her love of movement and community by teaching yoga and fitness classes at Fusion Yoga. She has run two full marathons and aims to run all seven Abbott World Marathon Majors. More than anything, Hannah loves spending quality time with her husband, Jacob, and their son.
