Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne Welcomes Five New Team Members

FORT WAYNE, Ind., 2025 — The Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne (CFGFW) is proud to announce the addition of five new team members as the organization continues to expand its capacity to serve the community and fulfill its mission. These new hires bring a wealth of experience, fresh perspectives, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact in northeast Indiana.

The new team members include:

Stephanie Carlson, Senior Impact Advisor, supports nonprofits through grants and education while engaging youth in philanthropy through the Foundation’s Youth Empowered Philanthropy (YEP) program.

Brittany Garland, Events and Engagement Coordinator, oversees social and educational events that foster meaningful connections in the community.

Heather Heal, Senior Accountant, manages the payroll and benefits processes, maintains compliance with government regulations, and reports on grants.

Jo Mejia, Senior Philanthropic Partnership Advisor, builds relationships with professional advisors to support donors in making current and planned gifts.

Hannah Moore, Donor Engagement Specialist, builds donor relationships to help fundholders and prospects achieve their philanthropic goals.
