Estela Gutierrez joined the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne in March 2024 as the Scholarship and Support Specialist. In her role, Estela assists various departments within Philanthropic Services, Scholarships, and the Private Foundation; supports our scholarship programs by tracking and maintaining records; and sends out required scholarship paperwork for students and schools. She provides customer service for fundholders and donors, leads Private Foundation services, provides database and customer service support for grantees, and tracks grant processes, as well as other administrative duties.

Estela was born and raised in Fort Wayne. She graduated from Snider High School and has associate degrees in Office Administration and Medical Assisting from Ivy Tech. She describes herself as a lifetime student who loves learning new things. As Office Manager for All Green Corporation, where she worked for almost 17 years, Estela enjoyed juggling multiple responsibilities. As the Scholarship & Support Specialist, Estela is well-suited to balance the necessary duties that will foster her team’s success.

Estela loves her husband, Enrique—the love of her life—and their six children. In her free time, Estela loves creating things from scratch, including cooking, baking, and handmade soap and bath products. She also enjoys gardening and checking out new fishing spots with her family—as long as her husband baits the hook.
