Estela Gutierrez joined the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne in March 2024 as the Impact Assistant. In her role, Estela assists the various departments within the Impact Department, including Philanthropic Services, Scholarships, and Grants; she provides database and customer service support for grantees and tracking grant processes, supports scholarships by tracking and maintaining records, and sends out required scholarship paperwork for students and schools, providing customer service for fund holders and donors, and leading Private Foundation services as well as other administrative duties.

Estela was born and raised right here in Fort Wayne.  She graduated from Snider High School and has an associate degree in Office Administration from Ivy Tech. She describes herself as a lifetime student who loves learning new things.  As Office Manager for All Green Corporation, where she worked for almost 17 years, Estela enjoyed juggling multiple responsibilities. As Impact Assistant, Estela is well suited to balance the necessary duties that will foster her team’s success.

Estela loves her family, her husband, Enrique, the light of her life, and their children.  Together, they have five kids, making them a loving family of seven.  Estela loves cooking, baking, and making handmade soap and bath products in her free time.  She also enjoys checking out new fishing spots with her family as long as her husband baits the hook.  Estela and Enrique do not have any pets, but they hope to have a Xoloitzcuintle puppy in the future.
