Meet Kiley!

We are so excited to welcome our newest member of the Community Foundation team: Kiley Tate-Potts. Kiley comes to us from Fort Wayne Community Schools and is our new Donor Engagement Associate.

Kiley’s primary responsibility will be working with our donors and community members to help them with their charitable giving by creating programs and utilizing resources to enhance their philanthropic experience.

Kiley is a Fort Wayne native and recently moved back to the area following an 8 year career with Carnival Cruise Lines as a professional dancer.

We asked Kiley a couple of questions and here’s what she had to say:

What’s your favorite thing about Allen County?

I love Fort Wayne’s sense of community. This is where I grew up so I am a little biased, but we are a close community with a big city feel, what more can you really ask for?

What are you most excited about for your new position?

I am extremely excited to meet our donors, build relationships with them and help be a part of the charitable giving in our community.

Do you do any volunteer work?

I volunteer on the Hospitality Team for Middle Waves Music Festival which I love!!!! I have been on the hospitality team working with the national bands since our very first year. I also have been on multiple volunteer trips to Zambia and Madagascar teaching at an underprivileged school in the village along with doing marine conservation.

What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?

I love watching local artists perform, visiting the boutique shops downtown, traveling and working out!

What’s one cool thing you want people to know about you?

I was recently married in England to my husband Martin who is from England.

We are so excited to have Kiley join our team! If you want to learn more about Kiley, you can read more here.
