We are thrilled to share that renovations have officially begun at the Community Foundation (Steininger Center), aimed at improving our facilities and supporting our growing team! Since moving into the building in 2008, our team has expanded to 17 members, and we anticipate adding five more in 2025 with continued growth beyond that. These renovations will help us better accommodate our staff.
What You Need to Know:
· Impact on Operations: While we’re minimizing disruptions, there will be temporary inconveniences such as noise, dust, and limited access to certain areas. Notably, our public meeting room will be unavailable during this period.
· Timeline: Renovations started this fall, and we aim to complete Phase 1 by mid-2025.
· New Space: The renovations will optimize our layout, create new workspaces, and offer collaborative areas that support our expanding team. We are planning for new employees expected in 2025 and continued growth beyond that.
