Hannah Moore joined the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne in April 2025 as a Donor Engagement Specialist. In this role, she works with the philanthropic services team to deepen relationships with donors, fund holders, and prospects and help them achieve their philanthropic goals. 

A Fort Wayne native, Hannah holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Western Governors University. She has a background in nonprofit arts education, community outreach, and program development.

Outside of the office, Hannah connects her love of movement and community by teaching yoga and fitness classes at Fusion Yoga. She has completed two full marathons with a goal to run all seven World Marathon Majors. At home, she enjoys walking the trails with her high school sweetheart and husband, Jacob, and loving their two cats, Clancy and Obi.
