Jaren Stevens is a Fort Wayne native and a member of the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne’s Philanthropic Services team. She works alongside individuals, families, and community partners to help turn their charitable goals into meaningful impact. Jaren, a 21/64 Certified Advisor, also holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University Fort Wayne and a Certificate in Fund Raising Management (CFRM) from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. 

Jaren’s passion for nonprofit work began at Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she served as the Match Activities Coordinator. In this role, she helped strengthen relationships between mentors, known as “Bigs,” and the children they supported by creating opportunities for connection and engagement. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jaren developed the Learning Pods program to support children who needed additional assistance with virtual learning. She continues to volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters as a Big.

Outside of work, Jaren enjoys exploring Fort Wayne with her husband, Logan, and discovering new restaurants, local events, and places around the community. They live in Fort Wayne with their two dogs, Nina and Nyx. Nina, a Pitbull mix, loves to sleep and snack on bananas, while Nyx, a Cane Corso, is the family’s newest addition and a very large, very loving companion.
