Heidi Ludwig is the Chief Operating Officer of the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne. Since joining the Foundation in 1998, she has been responsible for aligning the organization’s infrastructure, processes, and resources with its long-term strategic vision to ensure effective management and growth.
Heidi brings over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, human resources, IT, and operations across the nonprofit sector. She is an alumna of Ball State University’s College of Business. She remains active in the professional community as a member of the Financial Executives International (FEI) local Fort Wayne Chapter board.
A lifelong resident of Avilla, Indiana, Heidi enjoys country life, spending time in nature, and walking her rescue dog, Diva. She also prioritizes family time with her adult children and grandchild. She is a passionate music fan and particularly enjoys attending local live music concerts with friends.
