Serving a broad geographic footprint across Northern Indiana, the PHP Foundation empowers charitable organizations to create impactful programming that meets the critical needs of vulnerable populations.

Grant Application Information

The PHP Foundation’s grant application process begins with a required Notification of Interest from all new applicants. This brief, one-page document should outline basic details about the applicant organization, the identified community need, and the proposed program for which funding is being sought. If the project aligns with the PHP Foundation’s mission, applicants will be notified and invited to submit a formal proposal by February 7, 2025. It is important to note that an invitation to apply does not guarantee funding. Organizations invited to proceed, including those funded in the prior year, must submit their formal application through the online portal by February 7, 2025. Funding decisions will be announced by the PHP Foundation Board in May 2025. Approved applicants will receive a grant agreement specifying payment schedules, reporting requirements, and recognition guidelines.
